What does login temporarily blocked mean?

The Login temporarily blocked message is an error message that you may get on the control panel login page when you have entered the wrong username/email and password combination too many times.

How long will I be blocked?

The login restriction is temporary. You should be able to log in after 5-10 minutes.

What do I do if you get the "Login temporarily blocked" message?

Do not attempt log in to the panel too many times if you receive the Incorrect username or password message.
Ensure that you have the correct login information. (Guide: Where do I find my control panel login details?)
When filling out the login page, check that there are no extra spaces before or after the username and password.\
Use a different browser to log in to the control panel.
