What is your refund policy?
If for whatever reason you wish discontinue your RAMShard server after ordering, you may request for a refund either directly back to your mode of payment or to your account credit.
To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
The payment was made for a new order only.
The refund request must be made within 24 hours from the time that the server was ordered and activated.
The server must not have been used or started.
If you meet the refund eligibility requirements, chat with us or create a ticket to request for a refund.
The customer is responsible for placing a cancellation request when they no longer want to continue using their server. RAMShard also sends multiple email notifications when a server is due for renewal.
It is for the above reasons that we do not offer refunds for renewals.
If you do not want to continue using a server, you can create a cancellation request (How to Cancel My Service) to prevent further charges for a server you no longer want to use.
