Why can't I join my server?
Ensure that you have started the server by logging into the control panel with the details that were emailed to you after purcahse in the email titled New Minecraft Server Information. Make sure you are using the correct IP address. If you did not buy a dedicated IP, don't forget to enter the port as well (the numbers after the colon).
If you are using MCPE, make sure that you change it to an MCPE server in the Server Type dropdown menu on the main page of the panel that shows the server IP. Restart your server after changing it.
