How long does it take for my server to be set up?
Your server is set up instantly after the payment is processed unless there is an issue with your order. You will receive a welcome email with all of your server details. If you do not receive your server details within five minutes after purchase, please contact us.
How do I know what my server IP is?
Your server IP was emailed to you in an email titled New Minecraft Server Information when the server was set up and it can also be found by going to your active service in the client area.
What is a dedicated IP?
A dedicated IP sets your port to the default port (25565) so you don't have to enter a port on the end of the IP. For example, without a dedicated IP, your IP may be something like 192.168.1.1:25603. With a dedicated IP, you only have to enter 192.168.1.1.

How much RAM do I need?

What is Bungeecord?

What is the difference between CraftBukkit and Spigot?
They are the same but Spigot has better performance and more features than CraftBukkit. We recommend using Spigot over CraftBukkit.

Why can't I join my server?
Ensure that you have started the server by logging into the control panel with the details that were emailed to you after purcahse in the email titled New Minecraft Server Information. Make sure you are using the correct IP address. If you did not buy a dedicated IP, don't forget to enter the port as well (the numbers after the colon).
Can I upgrade my server?
Yep, you can upgrade your server at any time.

What is the difference between premium and regular locations?
