How to Reset Your Client Area Password

If you are having issues accessing your Client Account/Area password, you can easily reset it by following this guide.

On the RAMShard website, click the Client Area button.



On the Login page, click the Forgot Password? button.



Enter the email address you used to register with RAMShard, then click Submit.



You will receive an email from RAMShard which contains a link to reset your password.



On the Lost Password Reset page, enter your new password twice, then click Save Changes to complete the password reset.




You should now be able to log in to your Client Account using the new password you just set!
