How does Bungeecord work?

The server running Bungeecord (connecting two or more servers together) cannot run any plugins or worlds.

Bungeecord requires a minimum of 3 servers to work.
For example:
One Server (Bungeecord)
One Server (Lobby)
One Server (Factions)
