How to Download from GetBukkit

GetBukkit provides an easy way to download Vanilla, Craftbukkit, and Spigot server JAR files for free!

Server JARs are used to launch a Minecraft server of your own, based on the version and type you have chosen. Using or having your own copy of the server JAR is often necessary when you would like to self-host a server on your own. Getting a Minecraft server from RAMShard eliminates the need to acquire or download your own copy of the server JAR you want to use such as Vanilla, CraftBukkit, Spigot, and even other Minecraft server types and versions are readily available for you to use in just a few clicks!

How to Download a Server JAR from GetBukkit

Go to the GetBukkit home page: GetBukkit.org

From the top navigation, click Downloads.



From the dropdown menu, click your preferred server JAR. For this tutorial, we will download Spigot.



From the versions lists page, look for the version you would like to download. Then, click Download.



On the download section of the version you have selected, click the name of the server JAR to begin the download.



That's it! You now have a copy of the server JAR and can begin creating your very own Minecraft server!
