Create a Free Subdomain for Your Minecraft Server

Navigate to the RAMShard Subdomain Creator

Enter your email address.

Enter your server IP in the Server IP field. The server IP is only the numbers before the : and will not include the numbers after it

Enter your server port in the Port field. This is the numbers after the : of your server address.
If you have a dedicated IP (default port), nothing will be shown after the address in the control panel. The default port for Java Edition is 25565 and 19132 for Bedrock/Pocket Edition.

Select from the Service Type dropdown menu depending on what kind of server you're running.

Minecraft: Select this option if you have a Minecraft Java Edition server.
Pocket Edition: Select this option if you have a Minecraft Bedrock / Pocket Edition server.

Enter the name you want for your subdomain in the Server Name field. For example, if you want your subdomain to be, enter myserver.

Select from any of our available domains from the Zone / Domain dropdown menu. This is what comes after your server name.

For this example, I want my subdomain to be so I select option but you can pick any of the options that you want.

Review all the information that you have provided. You will be able to see a preview of the subdomain you will be creating on the bottom portion of the form.
Once a subdomain is created, its information cannot be changed unless you contact us to have this updated manually so be sure that everything is correct.

Click CREATE to create your subdomain.

If the subdomain was successfully setup, you should receive a confirmation similar to what's shown below.
If you receive an error, the Server Name and Zone / Domain combination might already exist so you will need to change either or both of these.

That's it! Your subdomain has now been set up.

Your subdomain should start working immediately but in some cases it may take slightly longer. If your subdomain is not working after 24 hours, please contact us.
