Resetting your server is the process of deleting all your server files. This is super useful when you want to have a fresh start for your server.

Important Reminders:

Resetting your server deletes ALL files on your server.
This process cannot be reversed. We cannot restore files for you after a server is reset.
It is recommended to create a full server backup BEFORE resetting your server.
RAMShard will not be responsible for any loss of server files/data once you reset your server.

How to Reset Your Server

Access your server control panel: RAMShard Server Control Panel

From the side menu of your control panel, navigate to Files > Setup.

On the Setup page, click on the Templates dropdown menu and select (Action) Reset/Delete Server Files (Also tick "Delete All Server Files").

Check the Delete All Server Files checkbox.

Enter your control panel password and click Apply.
