How do I set my server to peaceful mode?

Getting Started

Setting your server to peaceful is quite simple. There are two ways you can do this.

The first way is by using the server.properties file to set the difficulty. The second method is to use the /difficulty command.

Server Settings

If you want to set the difficulty by using the server.properties file, you will want to go ahead and head to the Files drop down tab, then click into Config Files.
Then select the Server Settings option. You will want to find the option that says difficulty.

On the difficulty section, there is a drop down box, go ahead and click it. Then select peaceful. Once you set it, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click save.
After you click save, you can go ahead and restart your server.

Using The Command

The command is a quick way to change the difficulty. You can do this:

/difficulty peaceful

Which will change the difficulty. Though we suggest using the first method with the config files. If you use the command in the console, be sure to not add a slash.
