Getting Started

When downloading all your server files, you will want to use an FTP client like FileZilla.

When you login to your servers FTP. You will notice that all your files show in the home directory. In order to download the files, you will want to select all the files.
(Rr the ones you want to download.)

To select the files, you can click the very top file/folder then hold shift and click the very bottom file/folder. Once you select the files, you can drag and drop them into a folder on your desktop or from the side for your system file manager within FileZilla.




Once you drag and drop the files, you will notice that it takes a little bit to download all your files. Just wait till there is no more queued files, then you can safely exit the FileZilla program.
